Come cook Italian this week! Learn cooking tips, try traditional Italian recipes, and learn about a new food or two (and hopefully be brave enough to try them!) Each day kids will prepare a different appetizer, meal and dessert and then get to enjoy eating together afterward. On Friday, the kids will prepare a meal to share with the senior community and are also welcome to stay for the showing of the movie "Lion" (PG-13) from 1-3pm.
This is a 1/2 day cooking class that will be held at the Slusser Center. Times are M,T,Th,F 9 am-12:30 pm. Wed. is in the afternoon from 1-4 pm. Kids can eat the meal each day and take home leftovers, if there are any left

Please note: Kids will be hands on with kitchen tools and ovens and stoves. They must be very responsible and able to follow directions well!
